Inn at Laurel Point

Pros: Location, rooms were clean and well stocked, great view, beautiful reception and main floor.

Cons: Pillows were lumpy and too big, pool chilly and in need of an upgrade.

A great place to stay with outstanding views of the harbour.

Pros: Great location. Views were outstanding from our room. Great little coffee shop and friendly helpful staff. Good shower and toiletries provided. Room was spacious and clean.

Cons: Air conditioning vents were dusty and bathroom door was squeaky.

Peaceful, comfortable & well appointed hotel between, reasonable walk to downtown

Pros: Clean, spacious and well appointed room with lovely views from the balcony. Staff always friendly and helpful. Location was nice and quiet (float planes excepted!) with lovely harbour views - but be aware that it’s a reasonably long walk to either Fisherman’s Wharf or town centre

Cons: The bed - while not uncomfortable it was a bit like a trampoline; if one of us moved the other one bounced!

We had a very pleasant, albeit brief, stay at Inn at Laurel Point in a comfortable room.

Pros: We enjoyed our stay at Inn at Laurel Point. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room was well appointed and it was nice to have a view of the harbour. The location was very good with the town easily reached by foot. We enjoyed our evening meal in the on-site restaurant and coffee from the cafe.

Mother/daughter trip

Pros: Loved the location, close to everything! Staff was great and our room was amazing with water and garden views.

Beautiful gardens, lovely hotel and fantastic staff.

Pros: We had a fabulous breakfast and drinks at the bar the evening before. But what made our stay was the staff at this hotel. They worked as such a good team and really looked out for us.

Cons: The room had a truly bad view, it was advertised as partial view, but it was just only for one night and the rest of the hotel was fabulous.

Fabulous place to stay

Pros: The location was perfect. Easy walk to both the harbour and Fisherman's Wharf. Nice big room with 2 comfy chairs to sit in overlooking the inner harbour. We would definitely go back and recommend. Watching all the boats and planes on the water. The food at the cafe (Duo) and the restaurant (Aura) was all great! Duo make a fabulous coffee.

Cons: The balcony was so tiny it didn't even have a chair to sit on. The cups provided for coffee in the room were tiny espresso cups so couldn't have a nice coffee. It forced you to go down and pay for a cup of coffee.

Great stay , will return again :-)

Pros: Very comforable room. Superb view and great location

Cons: would have liked , More breakfast Tea bags ( only had one breakfast Tea bag on the first night) Larger Tea Cups ( the small coffe cups provided are just too small) And also ''normal Milk'' to go with the tea .

Visiting Victoria for the first time it is a great place to base yourself.

Pros: Great position to explore the city, good views from bedrooms. Comfortable bed.

Cons: Lot of noise from other rooms and corridors . Meals in the restaurant are a bit hit and miss. No venting in the bathroom. Expensive parking.
