Mid range hotel was an enjoyable stay

Pros: Really great location, beautiful safe area, very walkable. The room was clean, the bed was huge and incredibly comfortable. Free breakfast was decent. Staff very helpful and friendly. Robes provided were a nice addition. You get a discount on the spa and the tea house if you are staying here. We had a lovely time and it is a good option

Cons: I wish it felt a little more luxurious for the price maybe a complimentary mini bottle of Prosecco would be nice in the room. The hairdryers need to be dusted more regularly as ours was full of hair and dust which could be a fire hazard. A big shame they don't have enough parking for their guests, parking should be free for the price you pay however if you are considering paying for the parking they provide, dont if you are staying at the weekend, just park on the streets for free. The body wash shampoo and conditioner should be natural or island owned for a business that are eco friendly

Wonderful stay with friendly staff as well as a great breakfast and location

Pros: Great location for walking downtown and the breakfast was excellent! Very comfortable beds and love the espresso machine in the room

Pros: Clean and comfortable. A lovely 5 min walk to town. Breakfast was simple but enough options for us all to find something we enjoyed.

Cons: We had problems turning the heater on but the staff were excellent and helped us straight away.

Pros: When traveling with a pet, this is one of the best places to stay. The hotel even gave us a take-home food dish, baggy dispenser and treats. What a relief to have somewhere comfortable and welcoming with our pooch! Not to be overlooked were the clean room, very comfortable bed, and excellent breakfast in a lovely, sunny dining room. We also felt safe walking our dog in the neighborhood at night.
