Great place overall and great staff very receptive and efficient.

Pros: Friendly helpful staff and the boss was a awesome. Couldn't be happier with my stay.

Pros: We have stayed here 3 times.Great location. Clean room and bed. The bed and pillows were clean and very comfortable. This is a great location and a great price. They have lots of parking.

Cons: The hotel is older.....however it makes up for it in cleanliness.....price and location. A walk away from the popular Government street , Parliament and China Town.

Pros: I've got a vibe of old city of Victoria with this hotel! Location is so great, everything you need is nearby. Price is good. Totally recommend.

Good price, decent rooms, excellent location

Pros: Price is great. Location is great. Room has everything it needs. Overall I think this is good value for money and the place is perfectly decent.

Cons: The bed was not very comfortable. Probably the place in general could use some upkeep.

Good value, reasonable location

Pros: The front desk helped quickly with issues; what floor, towels, coffee, space heater, use of valet carts. 10- 15 minutes walk to downtown if you can walk that far.

Cons: Parking not exactly only for clients, the elevator from the underground broken as was the atm, snack and coffee machines .10-15 minutes walk to downtown if you have mobility issues.

Ol' school charm,... But rooms were ol' school quality.

Pros: Lobby staff from Bangladesh were so good, friendly, talkative but always professional. The inside of the hotel was classic and surprisingly in good condition for the age of the hotel. Nice new carpeting. The staff was attentive, so very helpful and outgoing!

Cons: The outside of this old building is dark and not appealing. It's kind of hard to find truly as it's not very lit up. There was plumbing issues in the room, slooooow draining tub. Kind of gross. Red mold in the tub.... I know it's new ownership as it used to be a travellers Inn. A bit of a sketchy neighborhood, although the many homeless people truly are quite polite and well behaved. It is just something to be aware of. The room has high end old school hardwood furnishings which were great but a bit beat up! The other amenities, fridge, and microwave were def ol' School.

For short trip is amazing

Pros: Friendly Staff and near by Bus Stops. The Bus to the Ferry ist just 5 minutes Walk The Beds are big and have space for 2.

Cons: It's a bit out off city Centre.

Pros: Hotel was clean and had all the facilities required, staff were friendly and helpful.
