The Bedford Regency Hotel

I was happy and comfortable during my stay.

Pros: The location near the event I was attending. It was always quiet and comfortable when I left and returned via my suite. I'd stay here again for sure.

Cons: It was all good.

Pros: We really appreciated being upgraded :) Made us like you before we got to know you :)

Cons: The shower was a bit tricky to figure out. A bit of a smell in the hallway outside our suite.

Pros: Location was fantastic. You could walk everywhere.

Cons: I asked for a cot in my original booking, buy they didn't have it said they could drag one out, but they were very old and I probably wouldn't like it. Perhaps it's time to buy new ones?

I had a great two day visit and would return again.

Pros: The hotel is in a great location: close to the inner harbour, has lots of restaurants within walking distance, good parking across the street at The Bay parkade ( FREE after 4PM ) and also close to the Empress Hotel. The room was comfortable and well appointed.

Cons: I like pretty well everything.

Pros: Great ace to stay in the center of victoria ,it's an der hotel but still unique

Good location, spacious rooms. Older hotel.

Pros: Friendly staff, great location in the middle of downtown victoria. Our room was quiet and quite large. We were there Friday to Monday and didn't get any issues with noise that others mentioned, even when it was quite loud on the street on Friday/Saturday night

Cons: Rooms were definitely dated, with some peeling paint and some odd features (two showerheads in the shower on opposite sides?). Price was not low, but that's to be expected during peak tourist season (early July). Air conditioner unit struggled to cool the room.

Great location to stay for an extended time in Victoria.

Pros: The location was perfect, however our plans changed at the last minute and we were late getting settled into our room after spending the afternoon whale watching. Our intention were to spend the night exploring Victoria. But our adventure on the water outweighed our disappointment in exploring Victoria itself. The reviews for this motel were not the best, but we both found it met our expectations with a bath to relax in. The late checkout was great and it was only a short stroll down to the parking garage.

Cons: We had trouble locating the motel with the GPS as it guided us onto another road and we didn't find the right location to park outside the motel to unload our luggage. As we were only staying one night we had already packed an overnight bag and not all of our suitcases. The information about the drop off zone was relayed to us when we checked out, that there were two emails with the right directions on how to access the building. Unfortunately we went with the GPS instead. We had warm water for the shower at 11pm, so that was disappointing. But a hot shower and bath in the morning

Cons: Parking was detached, as expected, but for re-entry, you’ll need to request a key card at reception One mosquito net on the window was missing There may be noise until 1 p.m. from nearby venues, but that's normal for a central location
