Comfortable and great location

Pros: Hotel was in a great location and attached to pubs, restaurants and a liquor store that was stocked with a great selection of whiskys. Room was clean and beds were comfy. Staff were lovely.

Pros: The staff were fantastic. I was there for my birthday celebration and they went over and above. I also received an upgrade at no extra cost to a wonderful suite with a king size bed and it was beautiful way Beyond expectation.

Cons: There really was nothing to say that I didn't like at the hotel. It's in a prime location. It's affordable. The pub downstairs is fantastic and it's a walk away from everything.

Pros: The location is the best you could ask for in this city! The rooms were nicely updated.

Cons: The staff at the front desk obviously have to deal with a lot of people, wants/asks to go above and beyond, however I found them stern and short our conversations. Actually one member actually screamed at me for coming in so late because my card wouldn't open the front door? That was quite a shock considering it's own bars are open until 2am. I had to call to be let in because no one was tending the lobby/front door. I guess I wouldn't want to be woken up from my mid-shift nap either...
