Pros: Staff were very kind and helpful. I was able to check in four hours early, which is always nice. Room was clean. Location is perfect, well connected to the city center and bus from the ferry.

Cons: The TV required login to netflix or disney - two services I don't use. The cable didn't have any real options - showed up on the guide but couldn't be selected. Not a major problem, but I do love to scroll cable in a hotel!

Pros: Exceptional customer service. I had dates issues as I mistakenly booked the wrong dates but the hotel staff were very kind to update the reservation and also accommodate our request in a short notice.

Pros: Location was great. Staff were amazing and very helpful and friendly

Cons: Sofa bed wasn’t the most comfortable. Improved when I asked for a mattress topper. Room was very small when it was pulled out

Pros: Lovely clean and spacious rooms. Friendly, efficient staff from valet staff to check in staff. Liked the welcome cookies, quick valet service and the room was really spacious and clean. Central location was good!

Cons: Slightly more expensive than we would have liked.

Pros: Nice hotel . The have particularly good bar below with quality food and drinks . Also the strarbucks inside the hotel is convenient. Rooms are quit and spacious . In general a good place to stay

Pros: Good size room, we were with 4 adults and had 2 queen beds, table with a chair and a desk with chair and a tv with a personal message 😀 We were able to park the car earlier than check in time. Very helpful and friendly staff! We were only there for 1 night but would like to stay there again!

Cons: It's not that I didn't like anything it was more that I wish they had an ingredient list of the shampoo/conditioner as I happen to have an macadamia allergy and the oil can be in those products but like I said, it was more that I wish it was visible on the bottle or written down somewhere instead of me spending time on the internet to look for the ingredients...
