Four Points by Sheraton Victoria Gateway

Pros: Nice room, size, nice hotel decor, good restaurant

Cons: The driveway/entrance is unmarked and very hard to see

Pros: The front desk staff...a young man provided superior hospitality service. Very helpful with my luggage even though he didnt need to. I was traveling with my service dog and saw i was struggling.

Pros: Hospitable friendly staff, easy access right off highway, quiet and clean.

Pros: I like the area closer to gas station, food area, shopping area and scenic spots

Cons: Upgrade the restaurant and offer more variety of food. Try to include breakfast meal for promotion.

Recommendable and definitely a repeatt business

Pros: I liked the entire place, everything. From the people who works, the facilities esp the pool and hot tub thst my kids enjoyed so much. Bathroom's size is perfect. Rooms and beds are super comfy.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: We liked how nice and new it is. The staff were great. We got to check in an hour early. We liked that it was close to langford.

Cons: We didn't like that it had a clear glass shower with a terrible shower head. The floor was a super slippery tile wven when dry. We didn't like all the noise from the costco next door. Perfect for a business trip and just ok for a family trip in my opinion.

Cons: Some chairs by the pool would be nice Our grandchildren came to visit and swim in the pool, but there was no place to sit and watch for some the family who did not want to swim

I am a regular at this hotel and will always choose it. Great location.

Pros: Love the little restaurant, food is always great and servers are awesome. I love their coffee.

Cons: Nothing I didn't like.

Pros: Location is convenient for needs. Breakfast was excellent.

Cons: Bed was uncomfortable, too hard. Visual in the bathroom (broken tiles) detracted from the overall experience.

Pros: It was 5 mins from where I needed to be each day. My room was serviced everyday. Meals were great.

Cons: The thermostat lit up the room. It was far too bright and had to be covered.
