Pros: perfect location. Close to everything, yet just far enough to be quiet at night. Super friendly and helpful staff.

Cons: My stay was great! A small table in the room would be a perfect addition.

Fantastic.

Pros: The facilities were amazing and the rooms were superb.

Cons: There could have been one additional washing machine and both the one washing machine and dryer were a little outdated.

Great place to stay near Whistler Village, though beware the walk with luggage

Pros: The outdoor hot tub was awesome, the room was perfectly nice, location was quiet and not too far from the Village

Cons: Getting luggage from the Gateway Bus Loop drop-off point to the Hotel was practically impossible. The walk was about 400m in snow with multiple bags per person. Also had some drunk people making noise in the halls around 2am one morning but otherwise, stay was good.

Gold location

Pros: Stayed here for a total of 6 nights so here’s our feedback: Location: only about a 5min walk to the Whistler Gondola and a short 3min stroll to the village centre Rooms: we found the rooms quite spacious. The beds were quite comfortable. I think having some wall hooks near the door would have been beneficial so we could have hung our snow gear Bathrooms: water pressure was good. Flushing the toilet is quite loud. Good supplies of the shampoo/conditioner/body wash. Facilities: was keen to jump into the hot tub but it was always so full so didn’t get to try it out. There was only 1 wash in machine and 3 dryers so need to plan if you’re intending to wash. There’s no cafe on site so be mindful They also have a snowboard/ski storage downstairs and will give you a lock to store Overall we were generally happy with the accommodation and would come back

Pros: Outdoor hot spa and sauna were a big hit every afternoon after skiing. Perfect location - so close to main centre of Whistler. Rooms were large, warm, stylish, clean, well-serviced and super comfortable.

Cons: Everything was good. Would definitely choose to stay here again.

Pros: Staff service, has gym and sauna, ATM in lobby, good room size

Cons: Not enough washing machines, laundry room closed at 10 pm (though I understand consideration of noise; perhaps soundproof that one room?)
