Tantalus Resort Lodge

Pros: Phenomenal location with kids! close to whistler gondola and shops. two separate bedrooms made a massive difference to the comfort of our stay. Staff couldn't do enough for us and helped us when we needed to extend our stay.

Perfect place to stay in Whistler

Pros: Warm, good size space for 4, very comfy beds, all kitchen facilities, heated pool, sauna and hot tubs with towels, shuttle bus, being able to use facilities after checking out - thank you. Also big thanks to Matthew - made our morning with weather, ski and local information.

Cons: Nothing to not like. Furniture and oven a bit dated.

Cons: Would have been nice to have some staples like oil, milk herbs and other cooking supplies.

Pros: Accommodation was roomy, clean and comfortable. The shuttle drivers were both so fantastic, great service!!

Pros: it was spacious & a pool hot tub beds very comfortable log fire kitchen 2 bathrooms

Cons: hot tub jets not working would have been nice to have a few more amenities in the kitchen, sink cloth- t towels that are absorbent, better ducted cooking exhaust as it was noisy & recirculating didn’t work so left smell in the suite. Room was a very long walk to reception - I think we were nearly last room from entry

Good apartment, overpriced but so is everything in Whistler. Needs a bit of love.

Pros: Great location, spacious rooms and most of the staff were very friendly.

Cons: No decor in rooms was a bit depressing, the bed was sagged and squeaky. The kitchen could be better stocked as there was not much of anything - no baking trays meant we had to buy some.

Great value accommodation for families.

Pros: As a family of 4, Tantalus Lodge provided the best value accommodation. We got a two bedroom apartment close to Whistler Village at a similar price to one bedroom apartments at other complexes. We have 2 teenagers, so it was important they could have their own bedroom with twin beds, instead of having to share a pullout sofa bed in the living room, which is what other complexes in the same price bracket were offering. They had a free shuttle that takes you up the hill with your skis, and the driver is awesome.

Cons: Maybe the decor was a bit tired but having a two bedroom room was more important to me.

Pros: The building and the living room are showing its age but I appreciated that the dining table, beds and washroom it looks novated. There is also a well-equipped kitchen so great for staying longer however, there is no laundry in the unit.

Cons: The staff are not welcoming and you have to dial more than 5x before someone will answer the phone. Took 2x to call before they sent the requested towels. I left my personal kitchen item in the unit but I did not bother calling the property as I am worried nobody will care given the experience from the desk.

Will stay in this property in the future

Pros: Easy to access. Love the shuttle bus to the village

We loved our stay. The staff is super polite and caring. The place is affordable and fully worth what it is or even more
