Elite Hotel -Downtown Center- "Ski & Northern light Tour" "Hot Spring Tour "Long-term stay"

Pros: Clean, friendly staff, quick check ins and outs, center of town, close to alot of services and restaurants

Cons: Musty smell from Carpets.

Pros: Staff is very friendly, location is right in the center, many restaurants closed by. Clean and comfy place and room.

Cons: Only 1 drawback is lack of lights and brightness inside the room.

Pros: Quiet and well organized, nice facilities and helpful staff.

Cons: I had to send an email to request a bathtub although the room advertised came with a bathtub, after getting it, it had a leaking so my bathroom got flooded, I had to change rooms and similar problem, not fun.

Good memories of Whitehorse

Pros: The staff were very friendly and helpful. Prices have gone up everywhere, including in Whitehorse, but I think this hotel is great value for the price. Although certain parts of the facility appear a bit old, the room was large and pleasant, and I was very satisfied with my stay.

Cons: Nothing in particular.

Pros: Excellent location, friendly helpful staff. Clean, comfortable and good value for your money.

Cons: It was a little bit dated and the room kind of dark.

It was great. The hotel and the room was cozy.

Pros: Location was pretty good. The receptionist who was at night shift was super helpful. I asked him how the stop the air conditioning because It was a little bi chilly at night. He immediately came up to my room and solved the problem.

Cons: A safe and sometimes changing towels without asking would have been better but It was not a big deal.

Pretty good place to stay in a good location.

Pros: Good location on main street with easy parking. There on two visits, first on 2nd floor and then up to the 3rd floor, so appreciated the elevator. There are good places to eat close by (within walking distance) so that was a definite plus.

Cons: The 2nd floor room came without any closet area, and the 3rd floor room did have a closet area, but in both rooms there was no luggage rack; to me at the very least a luggage rack s a necessity so you can place luggage on and access your clothing. This lack of this pretty simple item did impact my scoring.

Good place to stay for sure.

Pros: Pretty central though the City is not very big, Sadly the restaurant / bar were closed so eating out was necessary. Only thing wrong / missing in room was a desk and chair for doing stuff like this !!

Cons: The missing desk and chair, making updating requirements on p.c. was on a lap or on the bed.

I would absolutely stay here again. Great staff, clean, and right downtown!

Pros: There were 2 attached restaurants which was wonderful. The front staff was great and anything that we needed, they provided immediately. The room was clean, the bathroom was clean; there was a fridge, microwave, coffee maker and electric kettle. All in good working condition

Cons: Our air conditioner didn't work, but the front staff was amazing and found another one right away. I really have no complaints about anything at the hotel!

Pros: I have never been in room this big while traveling. They are amazing, clean comfortable and the staff is also very kind.

Cons: Nothing.
