We enjoyed our stay, very convenient to us.

Pros: Clean rooms and comfortable beds and close to Sacred Heart Cathedral.

Cons: parking for guests is a bit of a walk

Pros: Friendly staff, great location, great character and coziness, clean and comfortable rooms, close to all amenities with a good bar and restaurant attached.

Cons: There is a lack of parking on site due to construction.

A quiet and comfortable stay with the convenience of downtown stores and restaurants.

Pros: Great location downtown Whitehorse, with quiet room on the back. Comfortable bed, good TV channel selection. elevator security appreciated. Has airport shuttle service. Staff was very helpful.

Pros: Very spacious! Clean and comfortable! Complimentary ride to the airport . Good location in town.

Cons: Not specific to this hotel but generally noisy along corridor past midnight when guests go out for the northern lights tour, and then you can hear them return at 3-4am. Very weak WiFi in the room so you can’t stream content

Pros: The location is incredible right in the heart of whitehorse, walking everywhere was very easy from where we were at the attached restaurant was wonderful!

Cons: The room cleaning was hit or miss, half the time it required going to the desk for something they forgot. It also proved to be very inaccessible during daytime hours as the halls were clogged with all the cleaning carts creating no room for families to pass through

i always try to stay there , i like the local pub . its a good location

Pros: perfect location close to work site, also the shuttle to and from the airport is a bonus also the pub is great to be attached very convenient

Cons: more advertising for local events,,,,shreeded hashbrowns would bring the breakfast to a 10 level

A very comfortable and relaxing stay.

Pros: Comfortable beds and pillows. Very clean, modern room. Lots of USB (type-A) outlets for all your charging needs and even wireless charging on the clock radio. Overall, a very comfortable and relaxing stay.

Cons: Bath towels were rough and did not meet the same standard as the rest of my experience (maybe it was just my room). I would have rated the hotel a 9, if not for this issue. There was a small leak coming from the bathroom sink that would leak onto the floor after use. I noticed this following the first night and told the front desk agent who took note of it. The issue was not resolved when I returned that evening, I figured it was not important enough.

Pros: The location is great! our room was quite spacious.

Cons: The cleaners could be a bit more attentive (we were lacking tissues for 2 days, once one bed was not made).

Pros: That the restaurant in the hotel are in one location. Food is also good value for your money.
