Great location, beds were good, place was adequate.
Pros: The location was fantastic. We were a group of 12, each with their preferences for food & activities. The location allowed many to go different directions at the same time, not all needing a ride somewhere. We used 5 rooms, 3 on the second floor and two on the third. This worked out well, allowing easy movement as required between them. We did not end up partaking in any of the breakfasts there.
Cons: We were able to view several of the rooms and it appeared the hotel was getting a slow upgrade. Several of our 5 rooms were recently painted. Ours was not. We were ok with that, but it did need it. Also, our window curtains were barely holding the light out as several of the hooks were missing. Of our 5 rooms, at least two mini fridges were not very usable. One had been unplugged upon arrival so it smelled terrible, even tho it was empty. The second room, the fridge froze everything, even after defrosting it. When we checked in at 5:30 pm, we only got one room key per room, even tho there were two adults in 4 of the rooms. The following day, upon request, we were given a second key to each room.

Large family staying in multiple rooms for a week, and we had a wonderful time from start to finish!
Pros: A great hotel in a great location! In-floor heating, rooms were clean and well-kept, no smells whatsoever, comfortable beds, friendly staff. Easily walkable to all major areas in Whitehorse.
Cons: Can’t think of anything. Had a great time!

A really enjoyable stay made even moreso by the friendly and helpful staff and excellent breakfasts.
Pros: The staff were really helpful. The breakfast was a stand out for me. The chef was great and so professional. He made everyone's breakfast time special. The service he gave was like being in a 5 star hotel.
Cons: The rooms were a bit outdated but given the price, they all had a full bath and overhead shower, had tvs and wifi and very comfy beds and pillows. So overall I reckon good value for money

Overall was a great stay, and will stay again.
Pros: The staff are very helpful, especially the young lad who works nights. Very helpful in many ways, and helps out when he's needed mostly. He is definitely a key asset to the hotel team among many of the other staff. Bed I slept in was very comfortable on my back. Room was a good size. Also would say the woman who works front desk during the day and the fellow with the baseball cap were also helpful.
Cons: Was going through the tv channels and couldn't find much too watch. Good too have more selections like family/cartoon channels in case families stay there, movie stations, and folks like myself who love wrestling.

Absolutely best 10 days during our Yukon visit. We always remember Mr. Paco`s kindness for us.
Pros: Very kind and customer friendly service in the hotel reception. The hotel and our room were very clean. Excellent breakfasts prepared by fantastic Mr Paco and his lovely wife. Absolutely best omelettes we enjoyed in the whole Yukon . Extraordinary kind and professional service of the whole staff. Thank you and welcome to Finland any day!

Needed a room at last minute, Given their rating I was nervous, but it was great!
Pros: It was clean and everything in the room was new. Close to food. Walking distance to the mall. Breakfast was good.
Cons: Curb appeal was lacking and the lobby was a bit tired, but clean.

Destination Family Hotel - Good value for your money
Pros: Good location with spacious parking. Friendly, helpful and responsive staff that were ready to go the extra mile to make my stay memorable. The breakfast was a steal for the variety and quality of food and at such a low price. I really enjoyed my stay
