Sternwheeler Hotel & Conference Centre

Pros: I came for work, they were very accommodating- I will definitely stay there again The bed was great- super clean, fabulous restaurant on-site Highly recommend!!!

Pros: The neatness and the cleanliness surprised me plus the friendly staff..Definitely I will be back.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: Easy check in and check out. We managed to get a free parking spot.

Cons: Bed was pretty hard and the hall doesn't look as updated as the rooms. Been a long time customer of the hotel.

Pros: Good location right downtown, very walkable. Older hotel but nicely updated.

Good location. Central location. Short walk to cafes and riverwalk.

Pros: Very friendly check in staff. Polite, pleasant, helpful. Airport transfer was an unexpected bonus. Driver was very helpful.

Overall good with a few inconveniences. Creaking upstairs floors did wake us up.

Pros: Poor for the money. We had to ask and then wait for food. You could add more selection of stuff like yogurt.

Cons: The laundry machines on our floor were not working. Did find another one but the front desk had no detergent left so we could not do laundry without purchasing it at a grocery store.

Pros: Loved the large room. Loved that the bathroom had a whirlpool tub that both my granddaughter and myself enjoyed. There were laundry facilities as well.

Cons: Nothing that I can think of.

it was fantastic, we loved that they had an airport shuttle too which was a free service.

Pros: close to the town centre, clean, quiet, warm and accomodating staff.

We would recommend this as a place to stay and will be back.

Pros: the bed was very comfortable. The room was very clean. The hotel was centrally located and was walkable to most every were we needed to go.

Pros: The desk clerks were helpful and the restaurant served delicious food!

Cons: The floor in #158 is uneven and hard to get used to ex. a marked dip out of bathroom.
