Canadas Best Value Inn- Riverview Hotel

Excellent location and view

Pros: The location to town was very good. The view from the room was excellent. Room was large, clean and comfortable. Yes, its a bit run down and rustic, but it added to the charm for us and the rooms looked just like pictures.

Cons: Couldnt use desk properly, there was a drawer blocking the space. Toiletries weren't very good either.

Convenient in Whitehorse

Pros: Location was very convenient to tourist info centre, town centre and river walk. You can also walk along the river to the rapids.

The hotel met out needs for a one night stay

Cons: I thought there was an odor in the room, possibly someone before us smoked in the room. It was clean otherwise it

We had a good stay at the Riverview Hotel in Whitehorse.

Pros: The Riverview Hotel was quiet, comfortable, and centrally located. Several restaurants are located within an easy walk of the hotel. Parking was very convenient.

Cons: The hotel is a bit run down and it is in need of renovation.

Pros: They had guest laundry in the basement. But you had to find coins to feed the machines...
