Thunderbird - A lovely stop

Pros: The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean. The view over the water was lovely and there were good restaurants close by. Especially The 50th Parallel.

Cons: A comfortable chair would have been a great addition. The Thunderbird was a pleasurable stop.

Had a great sleep and enjoyed our stay. The area is a bit sketchy but close to food, Boston Pizza.

Pros: Really appreciated the laminate floors (no carpet), blackout curtains, and lack of intrusive chemical fragrance smells which so many cheaper motels overuse. Beds were medium-firm, which we like! Friendly check-in.

Cons: No tea bags or kettle. Hairdryer was not in intuitive place.

convenient location when staying in Duncan.

Pros: It was very convenient for the Swim Meet we were attending at the Duncan Aquatic Centre. It was close to eating establishments, and easy to find and exit. SO GLAD the Air Conditioning was really good !! Very Hot weekend, and coming back to the room was a big sigh of relief !!

Cons: Wish I had a bit more time to explore Duncan. It was a pretty intensive weekend at the pool, and all I really wanted to do once done the day was head to my room, have a both, and get a good night's sleep in a wonderfully cool room.
