Pros: Comfortable, great location, clean, good size room space and great basic amenities and clean appliances. Definitely recommended.

Cons: Everything is great just wishing maybe next if customer can have a SMALL OR MINI KETTLE separate from the coffee machine so we can boiled just hot water instead using the coffee machine. It's more like a suggestion not a complaint.

Very economical stay option in downtown Vic.

Pros: Loved the hotel and room updates. Very fresh and modern. Comfortable bed. Nice big shower. Kitchenette facilities a big bonus. Parking on site.

Cons: In rooms on floors 1 and 2, guests were victims of hearing plumbing/pipe banging noises from rooms above when water was run. Rooms 114-118 on first floor you could easily hear the outside entry door slam shut. It was quite loud.

Pros: I was pleasantly surprised that there was a separate bedroom The table and chairs were great. We were able to have a conversation with family members who joined us to go out for dinner

Pros: We had a great experience from start to check out. Staff guys were top notch, the room was cleaned very very well. Every nook and cranny was clean the cleanest bathroom I've ever seen and we stay at alot of places. So thank you Arbutus

Pros: Comfortable bed, clean bathroom. Very handy for buses to city centre and to and from the ferry. Helpful people at the front desk. Also the price

Cons: Sadly since Ricky's burnt down there are not any good places to eat within walking distance

Pros: It was unimaginable ..... can't even remember. Not even worth a star.

Cons: The return of the security deposit is very slack. Still hasn't been returned. The Inn needs to improve on this. The security deposit should be returned within one day of checkout.

We enjoyed our stay. It is a great value option for a stay in Victoria.

Pros: Perfect location when coming into Victoria on Highway 1. Also there is a bus stop with plenty of bus routes to take you down town, right by the hotel. The journey takes less than 10 minutes, literally down one big street into town. All staff we encountered were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Cons: The location is more industrial than residential and you do need to be a little careful as there were quite a number of homeless / challenged people about. Nothing threatening, you just need to be aware and the hotel is only a minutes walk from the bus stop.
