Pros: Very helpful, friendly staff, my room was not ready when I checked in but they accommodated by upgrading my room so there were no delays.

Pros: The hot pool and its view were absolutely beautiful and very clean. Although the hotel is old, the cleanliness of the rooms and the bathroom was acceptable.

Cons: Even though the room was very clean, the furniture and equipment were quite outdated. Replacing some of the room items could significantly improve the quality of the stay. 2 points that are not directly related to the hotel and are only meant to help future guests: Although Uber Eats shows many restaurants accepting orders after 10 p.m., most of them do not offer delivery. We were only able to order from Domino’s Pizza (through their own website), and it was excellent. The hotel provides bathrobes for use in the pool, but slippers can be purchased in the shop. It’s better to bring your own slippers.

Pros: · The pools are nice, there are different temperature. The staff is friendly and the location is close to good restaurants.

Cons: The heritage room looks really old. There were some kids on the indoor pool for adults and no staff to control that. steam room is really small.

Pros: Attentive staff willing to go the extra mile for a couple of frazzled seniors who had been traveling all day. Valet parking took care of our car and gave us complimentary overnight parking in the vslet spot after we arrived.

Cons: Front desk clerks overly fast directions on check-in meant we ended up in wrong wing of hotel so our key cards wouldn't work ...

Pros: The location, and helpful staff Kim to allow us check in early for the seniors and change our room for a better view so the elderly could have a wonderful stay

Cons: the hot spring only starts at 8am, if it could be 7am, that would suit for early birds
