Enjoyable and will resturn

Pros: Location was amazing Rooms spacious and the requirements for skiing well thought through

Cons: The plus cost of coffee at breakfast To charge for an espresso or soya milk give the cost of the property . Wait time to be seated for breakfast and similarly wait time for food

Lovely place to stay. Worth it. Good access to whistler village.

Pros: I loved the Christmas and New Year vibe. The staff were friendly. The hot tub and pool were amazing. The breakfast was also perfect. Also, underground parking was such a relief, particularly in such snow conditions.

Cons: We couldn't find any toothbrushes and toothpaste in the room. Not a big deal for 1-2 nights not to brush the teeth. However, I guess it is expected from 4-5 star hotels to provide these items. Even after letting them know about it, it took too long, so we gave up and went to bed without brushing our teeth.

Perfect Christmas getaway.

Pros: Location was excellent for access to the ski lifts. Rooms were really nice, and staff were great. The Christmas stocking was a nice touch! Also appreciated the daily txt message check-ins.

Incredible family place close to lifts

Pros: Lovely place in the heart of Whistler, Valet Service for skies was great! Super clean, beautiful rooms with all appliances that could be needed! Pool and jacuzzi/sauna area was nice! Loved everything about our stay!

Extremely comfortable and good value

Pros: Has been refurbished so very good looking room and general areas. Good value

Cons: Had explained it was our wedding evening and although the receptionist apologised for not being able to upgrade us (which wasn't necessary as we hadn't asked to be upgraded), there was no offer of flowers, etc for the room for an additional cost.

Great suite, needs a bit of repair

Pros: Beautiful scenery, quiet suite. Really enjoyed the balcony for morning coffee. Great selection of dishes to choose from. Very comfortable bed.

Cons: Sink was slow to drain, enamel wearing off of tub, latch on bedroom window is loose.

Relaxing stay

Pros: Perfect location, close to the village and all the restaurants. Good facilities at the hotel and very nice staff. Enclosed parking. Right next to the village Gondola and public golf course. Good swimming pool, gym, sauna and spa. Beautiful view of the mountains and the Gondola.
