Excellent hotel with fantastic staff!

Pros: Extremely comfortable and lovely, friendly staff. Fantastic breakfasts. Great hot tub.

Cons: Would have loved for gym to have been open. A bit of a walk to gondala but excellent shuttle service. Fridge was so cold all our food froze! But very useful to have a kettle, sink etc

Pros: The main highlight of the entire stay were the staff, particularly every shuttle driver and those that helped us in the hotel (Harry, Megan and others whose names I didn't catch). They were all so kind and helpful, chatting away with us and answering all the ski/logistics questions we asked. They really made the stay at Nita Lake for us. Further the hotel helped organise a few treats for my mum's birthday, I advised she would want very subtle acknowledgement and they followed the brief to a T. We got a card, cake delivered to the room, and a lovely dinner in the den where, again, our server was so very kind. Location is just gorgeous and so peaceful. The room was fabulous and had 2 dyson hairdryers?!? Overall, we had a fantastic time and were so sad to leave!

This is a jewel in Whistler.

Pros: The staff everywhere -- front desk, restaurant, housekeeping -- truly go above and beyond to make you feel like you are part of a community. We used the pullout, it was more comfortable than most regular beds. Some of you may really appreciate the Dyson hair dryer...I know I did!

Beautiful location

Pros: Beautiful spot on the lake and definitely worth paying for a lake view. Lots of space on the ground floor for the excellent bars and restaurants. We are Vegetarian and Vegan and lots of choice compared to many restaurants.

Wonderful stay with Nita

Pros: Excellent location in Creekside, complementary shuttle to Whistler village and nearby creekside gondola. Special thanks to the driver Erik and the receptionist Christian who were both super friendly, excellent at their job and always spreading cheer. Great restaurant at the Den and the Fix cafe

Cons: Some of the staff in the reception were less friendly which is strange when you are hired as front of house staff - and the cleaning could’ve been a bit better in the room (housekeeping), additionally it would’ve been great with a small hotel shop for snacks - but apart from this all excellent.

Pros: This was the best place we have ever stayed. Cosy and beautiful. The pool and sauna were amazing. Did every day. Food was 10/10 always. So clean and lovely every day. We couldn’t be happier, would recommend to anyone!
