Pros: Spacious room, beautiful location and home, deer on property (!), attentive staff and amazing breakfast.

Cons: Need to vacuum under the sofa bed. Nothing else - rest was perfect!

Pros: Definitely the Royalty room setting with the balcony and little living room and also a big separate bathroom and walk-in closet.

Cons: The mattresses of the bed is too soft.

Lovely B&B with a delicious breakfast!

Pros: Really nice B&B, we had a lovely room with a large bath. The breakfast was delicious and the host was very nice.

Cons: If your like us and like to walk mostly it’s a 30-45min walk to the centre of Victoria.

I don't think there's a better place to stay in Victoria. It really feels like home.

Pros: The house is beautiful. The breakfast is excellent and exceptionally good. The staff were exceptionally friendly, nice, courteous and helpful – in a word, wonderful. It was a dream to spend a few days of our holiday here.

Fabulous

Pros: The room and house were delightful as was the setting and location, loved the deer skipping about on the lawn!!! Fantastic view from the windows, lovely big room/suite. Fab coffee in room. Everything had been thought through with small attention to detail. Sylvia and her staff were all lovely and were very helpful. The breakfast was sublime, so tasty and imaginative, everything homemade and fresh. The orange and apricot scones were melt in the mouth, and we appreciated the doggy bag, which we enjoyed later😋 thanks for the extra one!!

A lovely, well appointed property.

Pros: This is a lovely property, one of the best I have stayed in. Our superior suite was huge and beautifully appointed even having fresh flowers and houseplants in the rooms. The staff are very helpful and informative and there is a tasty breakfast included as well as free parking. Highly recommended.

Cons: We had to leave.

Pros: I thought the cost of a b n b was prohibitive. But the sheer luxury of he room was worth it. The spa like washroom, the quality of the sleep in that quiet room was superb. And then the breakfast! Wow.
