Sweet House B&B

Excellent. I hope the next visit goes as well.

Pros: The kitchenette was well-appointed. The location is close to more than one grocery store and a number of other shopping centres, as well as very easy access to a number of bus routes. I was also able to do laundry on site.

Cons: I can't really think of anything that needs improving. Everything I needed was provided as expected, and at a very reasonable price. I certainly intend to book there again the next time I'm in town.

Overall, It was a pleasant stay and I would go there again.

Pros: I was in Victoria to see my daughter at the university, so this accommodation was about a 10 minute drive away. It was also fairly close to downtown, about 10 to 15 minutes away. There was parking off the street, a new washer and dryer to use and a little kitchen area to heat up food. The owner was very nice and kept me updated when the room was ready for check in.

Cons: The only really downside was that if you wanted breakfast, you had to bring in your own food and make it yourself. Sharing a bathroom with other people, wasn't always the most convenient. It could be a bit of a struggle waiting to get in there first thing in the morning.

Pros: The room was exceptionally clean, as were the common areas. The host is just lovely and so friendly. This room was perfect for my needs.

Cons: Shared area can be a little awkward and I worried about being noisy for the other occupant with the TV. Otherwise all was perfect for what I needed!!

Comfortable stay

Pros: All the furniture is new looking and well kept. Everything was cllean and felt comfortable. There were other guest in the next room with whom we shared the bathroom and the kitchen, but they were very nice and it was not a problem at all. It might seem a bit far from downtown, but there are a lot of busses that go down the road and most of those bring to downtown/back home.

Best ever Living place in my 11 days trip in Vancouver and Victoria

Pros: I really like how the host arranged everything for us, this sweet house is the best ever living place in my 11 days trip in Vancouver and Victoria. They are fluent in both English and Mandarin. The house is fully cleaned, the laundry is free to use, and the bed is sooo great, makes me fall asleep in just a second 😆 You can cook, roast toast, boil hot water, microwave, and freeze your food. What ever provided makes you feel at home. Last but not least, the price is unbeatable given the location,, just 10 min walk from bus stop. I will suggest for everyone who comes to visit Victoria.

Overpriced, like most places these days.

Pros: The bedroom was very nice. Easy parking. Nice family. Clean and tidy.

Cons: Living room wasn't very comfortable. No outdoor seating.

Wonderful experience in a very convenient and lovely unit

Pros: We loved the place, very clean and convenient for our purpose of visiting Victoria during the weekend. The hosts were very kind and also allowed us to use the kitchen for cooking breakfast, which we appreciate so much. Very recommended! :)

Cute and cozy shared space

Pros: Cute and cozy nice place to stay. the garden In front of the room was beautiful, great location, had some complimentary Oreos, coffee,tea and apples. They do offer parking but isn't always available but they were happy to move vehicles if it was needed. They also had a washer and dryer which was great. The bathroom and kitchen are shared so you'd need to be comfortable with sharing space with strangers. The people we shared the space with were great.

Cons: There wasn't always parking, sometimes I was lucky other times not. There is likely parking at the park close by. There is also no freezer in the mini fridge. I would definitely stay again though.

Pros: Great accommodations out in the guest house in the backyard.

Cons: It's advertised as a B&B, but there was no breakfast provided.
