Pros: The location is awesome, the space was very clean and cozy, and even though the host stays in the upper part of the house, we couldn't hear anything and felt very comfortable all the time. The voucher for breakfast was a great deal, the restaurant is nearby and their breakfast is excellent, lots of vegan/vegetarian options. Being in the water is such an incredible experience!

Cons: The coffee machine was not working so that was a bit frustrating.

Pros: Easy to find, got in without any iccup, the instructions were clear. Room was clean, with good equipment and extra blanket. Location was amazing ! Beautiful scenery.

A gorgeous place to stay

Pros: We saw the float homes when we visited Victoria's fisherman's wharf last year. When looking for a hotel to stay in Victoria this year, this gorgeous B&B float home came up and was available. We snapped at the chance to stay here and it didn't disappoint. A great spot and a beautiful home.

Cons: Working out how to make the coffee :-)

Clean, great location.

Pros: We had to go to a local cafe for the included breakfast, it was very nice. The location was great, right in the wharf. Parking close by.

Cons: Room was a bit dated. There were a few instructions we had to follow but we appreciated that we were staying in a quite unique place.

Fantastic

Pros: The location was amazing, socolorful and original. We also liked that it was very lively during the day , but completely quiet after 10 pm. There was complete silence during all night.👍

Cons: We liked very much the Cafe where we had breakfast, the only issue was that there were only some important things missing: - there was no option of whole grain or multigrain or gluten free bread (just white bread) - there were no fruit juices (just fizzy drinks) - there was no brown sugar or agave syrup (just white sugar).

Pros: Great place to stay in victoria Saw sea otters playing outside the front door Really good friendly host . Breakfasts cooked in a pizza oven (at cafe 2 mins walk through a park)
