Pros: Super helpful staff, very friendly. The online booking process and check in were super easy.

Pros: I loved everything about the hotel except for the fact that it was hard to find, as we drove in at night and signage wasn’t great. The rooms were also a touch small. Staff was amazing, awesome location, breakfast was great and I loved the coffee machine. I will definitely be staying here again at the end of January

Good option for a New West stay

Pros: Great customer service Decent rates Close to Queensborough Shopping plaza Food (pizza), liquor and convenience store on the same street Nice, clean rooms Complimentary tea, coffee, water and light snacks

Cons: Hard to locate- in the corner of a small plaza, not a legit stand alone property Back parking lot a bit sketchy No elevator Had air conditioning in the room but VERY loud Very small rooms

Great customer service

Pros: I stayed for 4 nights with my child , staff were friendly and polite on arrival and shown us our room . The twin room I initially booked was a little small , once mentioned my room was upgraded for an additional charge which I was happy with . Rooms were bright and clean with laminated flooring throughout , a fridge , microwave and cable tv. There was complimentary tea, coffee, hot chocolate and snacks on reception daily. I found that the staff went above and beyond and catered to your needs .I would definitely recommend this hotel .

Lovely room, very comfy

Pros: The staff at as wonderful. Very kind and helpful. The room was nicer and more comfortable than I expected. The room and the bed were great!

Cons: I was disappointed to learn that the shuttle to and from the airport was not complimentary. Perhaps I didn’t read the fine print 🫣 I took an Uber which was cheaper than the shuttle. It was about a 20 minute drive to and from the airport.

reasonable price and clean room

Pros: Front desk staff was very friendly and courteous. Room is small and has squeaky floor but good and clean for the price. Hotel also allowed me to change the date even though it says I can't cancel the booking.

Good value for the money!

Pros: the hotel was a surprise. Far from the city but very convenient located by bus. RIght at the bus stop. WIth the train easily accesible to the city center. The staff very kind and friendly. Very clean. A super sized bed.

Hotel is on good location and all staff was so nice. Near to Indian & Thai restaurant. Walkable distance to bus stop

Pros: It’s near to all necessities like what a traveller needs. Walking distance bus stop to downtown and restaurants.

Cons: They don’t have iron board. Also for a business person traveller who required table chair to work on laptop.

Pros: Any good prices or best prices for next Saturday
