Friendly staff, great locations, very clean

Pros: Friendly staff, great location, clean room with plenty of space for the whole family. The breakfast was great too.

Pros: The location is not in the city center but can reach it by feet. Everything was nice and the hotel was new.

Cons: not really but the shower water was not strong enough

Fabulous

Pros: Upgraded to a suite which was fabulous. Location was right on the Bow river and next to the CTrain route. Complimentary breakfast with a great choice. Lovely staff who are super helpful. Rooftop restaurant and bar with fabulous views.

Pros: Amazing!!!!! You get an apartment almost with a whole kitchen. Extremely clean, new, fresh, awesome breakfast, attentive workers. Very conveniently located in the center. I almost cried tears of joy when we saw our room - probably the best place I've ever stayed at!

Cons: Nothing to complain about!

Pros: Modern hotel with spacious and very well equipped rooms. The 24h gym and the hotel bikes to go discover Calgary on your own are a plus. The small black, face make up towel and the toilet amenities were great.

Cons: The breakfast had good quality products but would appreciate more options of fresh, low processed food (cheese, different type of nuts…).

Pros: Everything, very clean modern hotel , high quality in everything . Beautiful rooms and resturant

Expensive but worth it

Pros: Great room, clean and comfortable. Great complimentary breakfast.

Cons: The only thing honestly was that the common hotel areas were way too cold. Me and my colleagues were doing some work at the lobby and in the meeting room upstairs and both were too cold to stay in for longer than an hour.

Pros: Bow&bend Resturant was very good, shower and room was comfortable. Easy stay all around and pleasant. Front desk very nice and helpful.

Cons: The elevator was slow.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Pros: The property location is excellent, close to restaurants and stores and wonderful walking trails.

Cons: It seemed a little sparse, no towel hangers in the washroom, nowhere to put your suitcase, confusing light controls.
