We stayed overnight because we have to renew the passports of my children. Our stay was great

Pros: The front desk - Louise was very accommodating. She did not make us wait for long because we came a little early. We only waited for about 5 mins because the room is not yet ready.

Overall, very comfortable and good value.

Pros: Recently refurbished gym & swimming pool. Location was excellent downtown. New wing definitely an improvement over the old part. Keg restaurant, located within the property is an excellent steakhouse.

Cons: Parking should be included in the price. Lounge areas could do with more relaxed seating and atmosphere. Changing facilities for gym area and swimming pool need to be improved.

Happy with choice to stay it was a very comfortable room.

Pros: Hotel is centrally located and very clean. The staff are welcoming.

Cons: The rooms are a bit dated as are the corridors.

A very enjoyable stay at the Westin Calgary

Pros: The downtown location is perfect for visiting Calgary. All of the staff were very helpful and friendly. Our room was a good size and comfortable. We had drinks and food from all three of the attached eateries and enjoyed our experiences. But the Keg stood out for us for the personal service and quality of both food and drink.

Cons: The pillows were a bit flat and we were confused about the Essence restaurant because it changed location but there were no signs. But these were minor irritations.

Wonderful memory.

Pros: The staff were awesome. We stayed for our 50th Wedding Anniversary. Stayed at the same hotel (called Calgary Inn) 50 years ago for our wedding night. The Westin upgraded our room to a beautiful suite, gave us free valet service and paid for our breakfast! They also decorated the suite with a special towel figurines and rose petals.
