Pros: The staff and room were simply amazing! We have never staid somewhere where the staff were so kind and accommodating. It seemed like the team was a well piled machine, communicating with each other and smiling! I mentioned in our booking it was our anniversary, and almost every staff member we ran into wished us a happy anniversary.... even ones we had never met before. Truly wonderful and made our stay that much more memorable.

Cons: I did find the cost of the bar cart a bit much. But honestly... only complaint... and certainly won't steer us from visiting again, and again.

Pros: The design is stunning and the room was spotlessly clean. I was particularly impressed by the soundproofing — it was very quiet inside. The location is perfect. Both the breakfast and the dinner at the hotel restaurant were excellent. Also, the minibar selection was very good.

Cons: I was disappointed that my room didn't have a bathtub. Parking is quite expensive. Also, there was a usability issue with the payment terminal at the front desk: when authorizing the security deposit, the screen did not display the amount being charged.

Beautiful hotel rooms, plenty of room and beds very comfortable. The staff were excellent.

Pros: Breakfast was ok and venue a little disappointing, expected more considering all the other facilities were a high standard. However, we enjoyed our dinner at the Wilde the food was excellent.

Cons: Breakfast venue was disappointing.

Best hotel we stayed in during our two week Canadian holiday. First class!

Pros: Exceptional hotel. Felt very welcome as a family of four. Very pleasant staff who went out of their way to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Late check out was offered with out it being requested which was very helpful. Best hotel we stayed in during our two week Canadian holiday. First class!

Great location for a city break

Pros: Great central Calgary location, close to the Tower shops and Nightlife.

Beautiful, stunning, relaxing stay, lovely end to our holiday

Pros: The decor was amazing, really high quality furnishings and fittings, real classy and funky. The downstairs resturant was stunning, the pianist was a lovely touch of an evening.

Nice

Pros: The hotel is spotlessly clean and very modern. We loved the extra touches in the room such as the pictures on the wall. The bathroom is so nice and big with a huge walk in shower. There is also very good lighting everywhere with night lighting which are motion activated. The staff are also super friendly.

Cons: The only problem we found was we ordered bed in breakfast the first and only morning we stayed there and at first we were delivered the wrong breakfast then when our right breakfast arrived is was cold and there was no butter for the toast so we had to ring reception once again.

An Experience not to miss !

Pros: I love the decor and the detail surrounding the theme. A sense of luxury and elegance that added to our experience. Very modern, clean and perfectly located in central downtown. All was a walking distance. Staff at front desk were wonderful, helpful and also the Valet was useful. Would have loved to have time to enjoy the facilities and the rooftop restaurant. Breakfast was also excellent with lovely servers. The bathroom is spacious and modern and offered a good relaxing shower time except for some faults as explained later. Beds and pillows gave us the perfect night sleep.

Cons: I did not understand the housekeeping procedure. Although the hotel encourages the guests to not ask for HK for sustainability purposes, the shower door has gaps and the water leaks was uncontrollably. Unfortunately we walked out of the shower into a puddle every time. So we had to call HK only for them to not redo the room, not refill the fridge and remove the glasses or replace the towels. Indeed the towels were not all placed on the floor as requested but when we ask for HK i was hoping for the basics to be done and replenish the towels maybe.

Clean, modern, well-equipped and centrally located

Pros: Very classy interior design; new, clean. Felt well taken care of.
