friendly and helpful staff. good gym and decent rooms. will stay again

Pros: Breakfast was very nice. i liked the 24 hour tea/coffee availability although a kettle in the room would have been nice. hotel was relatively new so everything worked well. will stay again.

Cons: a robe / kettle in the room / couple of bottles of water - would all have added a bit, but it's not a criticism

Pros: The breakfast was only limited but still very enjoyable. The staff were super friendly and the gym was great

Pros: Great location close walking distance to all downtown Calgary attractions. Lovely new hotel so everything was clean. Good breakfast

On the whole, very good value and a great stay with very helpful staff.

Pros: Good central location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very clean and modern. Use of the gym and 24 hour tea and coffee.

Cons: Hot water in the lounge/breakfast room was not very hot. Windows need more soundproofing as it felt like the windows were open. Hit water in the shower took ages to get hot.
