Good value

Pros: We had the king room and the bed was extremely comfortable. They offer a variety of free coffee which is wonderful

Cons: The location is great if you need to get around quickly, but if you're looking for luxury this is not the hotel for you.

Great stay. Great value.

Pros: There was a person using a fairly loud weed-eater outside our room when we arrived. Not a problem, I understand ground maintenance needs to be done. However, I was planning on napping so I phoned the front desk to ask when they might be finished. The front desk apologized and had the gentleman stop right away. Wow. After that, it was very quiet and I fell asleep right away. In addition, the hot tub was nice and hot, not lukewarm like some places. Powerful jets too.

Pros: Clean, everyone was helpful, nice hot tub, and pool.

Cons: Need towels at pool area, or make sure people know to bring a pool one with them.

Pros: good location . close to sky train ,close to restaurants. Hotel was clean ,good coffee

Too much money for what u get

Pros: Bed was comfy, I liked the lil fridge and coffee. The cleaners were great, even made my bed the day I forgot

Cons: The rooms were not very sound proof so it was quite noisy at times. I could hear the ppl next to me talking, it was annoying Wifi sucked, constantly had to reconnect while in the room. Couldn't get Netflix or streaming apps to work on the TV, or my tablet. It was old, and a little too pricey for what you get. The AC unit was spotty, it turned off a lot

All good but change the pillows

Pros: Late night at the diner. The pools warmth & hotubs jet power. The showers flow. Spaciousness in-room.

Cons: Pillows suck

Pros: Suite with good size of beds and enough space for group of 5 people

Pros: The location is with easy access and quiet as well

Cons: We have to push and pull the bedroom hard to close and open .Couch looks old.

Pros: Its a cheap place to lay your head can't complain w the rates

For the money paid it was a very pleasant stay.

Pros: The most important aspect of a hotel stay is very clean and safe. Both of these areas were met.

Cons: The armchair was very old looking and the material on the arms are worn through.
