Inn At The Quay

Very comfortable, fairly clean and could use some updates/ammenities.

Pros: Our stay was cozy and comfortable. Most notably, the surfaces and linens were clean, and the beds/pillows were very comfortable. We had an awesome view of the river/harbour from the balcony and the location was convenient The staff were very accommodating when we asked to move rooms due to being sandwiched in between a rowdy and noisy hockey team.

Cons: Rooms were clearly dated and could use some upgrades. Baseboards/light switches were dirty, peeling wallpaper and sign of minor water damage in bathroom around corner of tub. Shower fixtures were old with poor water pressure. We moved rooms twice during our stay. (1) Due to excessive noise from a hockey team (not the property's fault), and (2) the door's lock would not engage. You could simply push the door open. This is a major safety risk and glad we noticed and another example of the building showing it's age and need for renovation. The staff were extremely accommodating and understanding in both situations and we had our room changed without hesitation. Hotel could also use some more amenities for what you're paying, ie: free coffee in lobby, free breakfast of some kind (continental, warm, etc). Would gladly pay an extra $15/night to have these included in our stay.

Great hotel, good location near train

Pros: Good location close to train station, very comfy bed clean & tidy

Cons: The very loud Air-conditioner unit, no fresh milk for coffee/tea and room information book & safe

Pros: The market and the boardwalk were awesome. Lots to do and lots to see. Right across the street from the sky train station made it easy and great.

Cons: I found the pillows very soft, but I'm used to my memory foam pillow.

Pros: Lovely position right on the river, comfortable bed and good quality linen, a well equipped gym with free weights, sauna and spa, and a 24 hour ice machine!

Relaxing and great food

Pros: The hotel personal were attentive and very accomdating.

Cons: The telephone in suite. Volume was so low.

Pros: Clean, good furniture, supportive bed, pleasant staff.

Cons: Coffee packets plastic, with plastic trays, for each cup. Such a waste. Only one cup of coffee each per day. Suggest allowing two or more cups per person each would be in line with what the hotel is charging. Prefer not to have coffee maker in the bathroom. That's ugh.

Pros: Very nice, right on the Frazer river, we had two nights beds are comfortable nice bathrooms and coffee shops within very short distance, Safeway nearby

Perfect location for our visit with friends in the area.

Pros: View of New Westminster & the Fraser River were beautiful. Location was very convenient for the venue we were attending nearby.

Pros: Excellent hotel with many restaurants and bars in walking distance. Great views over the Fraser river.
