Staybridge Suites West Edmonton by IHG

We have used this hotel before and will do so again in the future.

Pros: Staff were friendly, we were checked in quickly and were informed of the renovations. We had a slight issue on our first night which was aptly dealt with. We enjoyed breakfast on both days, appreciate that proper plates and cutlery were available.

Cons: I noticed that there were no sockets or charging ports beside the beds.

Pros: Great Counter Staff...Excellent room (king bed as a suite)....comfortable bed. Plenty of USB and Electrical outlets. Nice looking gym and pool (but we didn't get a chance to use it). Excellent breakfast bar Every need could easily be fulfilled in the hotel.....if not, everything else could be found in close distance

Cons: Absolutely nothing....

Pros: Place very clean, staff excellent, breakfast excellent

Pros: Breakfast was great. But always have those potatoes in the morning. Beans as opposed to the potatoes one morning does not cut it.

Cons: Have your happy hour on one day of the weekend. I think more people would like that as opposed to it only being during the week.

Pros: We asked for an early check in and they were so accomodating! The staff was friendly and very helpful!

Great Edmonton Stay

Pros: Everything!!! The staff, the breakfast, the room complimentary laundry, the location....the list is long. Probably the best Canadian hotel that our family has ever stayed in.

Cons: Nothing, personally myself. The kids said the pool was boring haha

Weekend stay for competition

Pros: Well staffed, breakfast was good and maintained. Staff were very accommodating and pleasant to communicate with.

Cons: Felt as though there wasn't enough spaces for breakfast on the weekend. Might be valuable to add a couple more small tables to the den space because the lobby area for smaller groups to eat in.

Kids loved the stay and had fun at the pool.

Pros: The kitchenette was great and the complimentary coffee/tea. Breakfast buffet had great options each day. Free usage of laundry room was great. Just remember to bring detergent and softener.

Pros: Beds extremely comfortable Room was spacious, great for a family of 5 Used the pool and gym which are nice options. After a long day travelling it was nice to move my body on the treadmill and in the pool.

Cons: Breakfast was OK. Sausages were not appetizing as they tasted like hotdogs, but loved the fresh fruit options and the Oatmeal was delicious. I stayed here about 8 yrs ago and there doesn't appear to be any changes or upgrades to decore. It was very good but it used to be great. Small pool but no hot tub.

Would stay here again, not far from a lot of amenities

Pros: Staff were very friendly and quick to help, I liked having a kitchenette and a lot of space to work.

Cons: The drains gave off a funny smell in the bathroom, the hallways were always very warm to walk through. The parking lot was not maintained very well so trying to get a cart out for luggage was tough and it was icy as heck!
