Pros: it felt fairly safe needing a key for the elevator

Cons: How loud the ice machine is, it echoed into my room when people used it

Great choice on a budget

Pros: The staff allowed us to check in very late because our flight was delayed. We really appreciate it! The room really had everything we needed and we were happy with the price.

Cons: The water in the shower took well over a minute to run hot, and the setup made it impossible to keep water from splashing onto the floor significantly. It would also be great to have plug-in options in the parking lot in the winter months.

Pros: Was very clean...no worries about bed bugs or anything....yet ....beds are decently comfortable.. affordable... everything is close by ... some of the staff is very friendly...others look tired or bored of their job...the elevator is makes it safer ..cant get up without a room key . .. theres a restaurant n lounge downstairs...liquor store n gas next door.... west edmonton mall is a short drive ...lots of parking...

Cons: Sketchy neighbourhood... but hotel is safe ... just make sure you lock your doors n dont leave valuables in your car ... becareful of your surroundings any time of day ...lots of homeless n addicts hanging around randomly.... n they need shoe mats in the rooms ...feel bad coming in the room n getting the floors dirty for housekeepers ....they play the hockey game in the lounge but no sound ...

Pros: I liked how clean the beds were awesome price for a night get away

Cons: The location of it lots of construction currently and have to drive to do things

Pros: The staff, the hotel and the room was very comfortable and clean.

Cons: I didn't like that I couldn't watch basic cable TV, the streaming services are great and whatnot but im just old school abd prefer basic cable channels like the food network, music channels and sports channels Another thing is on the third floor there was no working ice machine so that was disappointing for my guest but that's okay I guess.

Pros: The staff are friendly and it is a pretty cheap price for me.

Cons: The lock on the door seems broken, I couldn't lock from inside.

That was fine place with very good staff

Pros: First night my room smelled bleaching sustance so my eyes were burning. I asked the receptionist a lady that paid attention to me and changed mu room. It was so enjoyable.

Cons: There were no plate or spoon, tea and glass in room.

Pros: I like everything about this hotel... the staff are great, accomidating and friendly. The rooms are really nice and updated, always clean and have really comfortable beds! All the shops you could need are close by, drugstore, groceries, gas, dollarstore, hobby and recreational stores too!

Cons: The only thing I could complain about possibly... is the area :( It has a history, and although better than before... its still not great

Pros: The place was very clean and well-organized. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was very central and easy to reach. It was definitely above my expectations in terms of value for money, and overall, I had a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Cons: There was some renovation noise late at night that I couldn’t quite understand, and a few other guests were a bit noisy. Also, on my second day my elevator card stopped working and I had to get it reactivated at the reception.

Pros: My friend and I stayed here for a concert in Edmonton at Roger's Place. I thought I had booked a room with 2 queen-sized beds but to my surprise, it was only 1 queen-sized bed but the staff were very accommodating, when I reached my room, my extra towels, shampoo, etc I had requested were already at the hotel door in a clean closed bag. Staff also brought up extra pillows which were clean, fluffy and smelled like they just came out of the dryer. I liked the updated minimalist room, could have used a full length mirror. Us ladies felt comfortable and safe inside the hotel as there is CCTV cameras everywhere as well as night security. We parked the truck in front, in the parking lot & it was fine. Our uber was $12 CDN & only a 15 minutes ride to Roger's. I'll stay here again with my spouse. Oh & there's fresh coffee near the elevator.
