Loved the staff and hotel

Pros: Traveling with my aunt who is 97... she loved the hotel as staff were friendly and very helpful for her. The room size was great as she had a walker and she had plenty of space to move around.

Pros: The set up of the rooms with evening a sink and kitchen inside. Felt.like staying in a condo

Cons: The hot water did take time like 10 minutes till you get a nice warm temp. Could increase the temp a bit as some gust prefer to shower with hot water

Some things exceeded my expectations, some things didn’t meet them.

Pros: The kitchenette was quite nice, especially the provided cookingware. I also liked the aesthetic of the room.

Cons: The tap in the tub seemed to be a little janky, with a reduced flow when set to hot. The water also took a while to heat up.

Pros: The location is close to West Edmonton Mall, Kingsway, Telus World of Science. All of the places that we wanted to go during our stay in Edmonton.

Cons: I don't know if the build is complete. The baseboards are unstable, the elevator smells like something was burnt, the floor felt like it was only covered to hide the incomplete construction of the flooring. The shower did not work properly. Too much noise can be heard from the hallway to your room.
