Awesome without a doubt

Pros: Staff were awesome food was great an I would stay again

Pros: I loved the chair with the automan in my room!! I also think that the cleaning was better than most hotels I've stayed in!

Cons: My room smelled like smoke and I saw ppl smoking in the halls. The bed was a little hard.

It was a amazing stay.

Pros: The front desk lady was very helpful, nice and genuine. The laundry was free and everything was very clean!!

Cons: That I had to leave so soon.

Pros: Edmonton Inn is my go-to motel whenever I'm in the city. The staff are friendly and the rooms are clean and the rates are fair.

Pros: It's a pretty good hotel, but everything is old inside. Rooms are better compared to other hotels with this price. Location is very good for what I need.

Cons: Everything was just ok.

Pros: That it was a smoking room, with a nice big ashtray. The beds are really comfortable, come with 4 comfy pillows. The staff are accomodating about a few extra coffee pods.

Cons: When I arrived, my first night was in a non-smoking room because they were sold out. After checkout, I moved into a smoking room for my 2nd night.

Pros: Lots of pillows. Comfy bedding. The staff were very accomodating about extra coffee and creamers. The creamers are good liquid ones, not the powdered cra-stuff that I hate. More expensive hotels have had them, ick. The buffet breakfast was delicious, good value as well. All in all, a good couple of nights.

Cons: The room was cold. I didn't figure out how to turn up the heat for a while, but it warmed up eventually. The ice machine on 7 floor didn't work, so I had to go to the 14, when I was staying on a different floor. I don't mind going different floors for ice, just make it consistent. Not much, really, but you asked.

Pretty nice and cozy! Super friendly staff!

Pros: Friendly staff and flexible with check-in. We had some issues with payment method but they were understanding and patient until we got it resolved. Overall, a nice and cozy stay.

Cons: Only downside was that there was an issue with the heating and the room was very hot. They informed us about it and they were working on getting it fixed.

Pros: The people were very helpful, the location was perfect for access to the Royal Albert Hospital and the building is quite nice.

Cons: There was a mouse running around the dining room when we went for super, so obviously we didn’t go for breakfast, and there was hair in the bathroom. On the toilet paper of all places, gross.

Pros: Proximity to hospital, key card security at elevators

Cons: The decor is dated, floors are uneven (by design) on main level.
