Convenience and comfort

Pros: The fluffy blanket was awesome and the bed comfortable

Pros: Staff there was awesome. Loved the pictures and decor. Not impressed with the cracks in paint and tile, but it's a shifting older building

Overall, the staff were polite and friendly, and the room was clean.

Pros: I did not go to breakfast. The location was great being situated next to the highway, was easy to enter and exit the property. The unit which I was staying in was more private because of the seperation off the main hotel.

Cons: I think the check in time could have been better. Most places are for 11am. The check in time was for 3pm.

Pros: location was perfect, and accessible to places we planned to visit.

Cons: the second building being on its own, but understand the hotel was full although booked a few months prior.

Clean comfortable good value

Pros: Clean, surprisingly quiet (for being on Kingsway), comfortable enough. Queen Suite was in other building, but very spacious for similar price. No issues. Met expectations for price point.

Cons: Decor is a little dated, but not dirty or torn.

Pros: The bed was comfortable and the night time staff were awesome 👍

Cons: The toilet was not clean on the inside. And only smoking outside.

I was nice and quiet for the stay.

Pros: We needed someplace to stay overnight as all local hotels were booked

Cons: The security deposit, we understand it is policy. However we still are disappointed.

Pros: The beds are very comfortable. The room was clean, and the staff were very nice. We ate at the lounge and the food was good. We have stayed here a few times over the years and have always enjoyed our stay.

Cons: The chairs in the lounge need to be replaced. I'm pretty sure they are the same ones from when we stayed here in 2010! The cushioned part is non-existent anymore, so not the most comfortable, but it was either those or a bench seat. Tough to share a small round table with 3 people sitting along a bench.

Pros: The room was big and had everything needed in it. Everything was clean. The hotel is well situated and easy to reach with the car. A busstop is right in front of it and you're in 25 mins in the city. The restaurant in the hotel was a good option to eat. All in all an enjoyable hotel.
