Nice place

Pros: Clean room, loved how they accommodated our request for a river view room.

Cons: Parking is confusing. Took us a few minutes to figure out how to exit the underground parking. Lighting in the room at night is super dim. We didnt actually spend much time there so it wasn't horrible. Wouldn't be ideal for someone trying to do makeup or hair.

Pros: Great hotel with a very good location in Edmonton. Everything is close and easy to reach. The view from the window is amazing, one of the best views in the city. The staff are very friendly, polite, and always ready to help. I really enjoyed my stay and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended.

Went to the Bluesfest in their ballroom. Absolutely perfect.

Pros: Everything was awesome. comfy, polite staff. The restaurant was fully booked, so can't comment on the food.

As good as I could have expected with mostly very obliging staff

Pros: A big , clean room with a wonderful high view of the river ; a short walk from the river walkway

Cons: The lobby eating area was barely staffed virtually forcing me to pay the up market rates of the revolving restaurant which fortunately was worth the price.

Pros: The room with a river view was excellent. My room was comfortable and clean

Cons: The waitress in the cafe for breakfast was overwhelmed and could have used some help. It was super busy. Her attitude showed, and she wasn't very pleasant and made many mistakes. My friends bought the concierge upsell and she argued with them about the breakfast discount instead of just checking. Then she brought our bill for 7 people and we were only 4.

The stay was awesome .

Pros: I was away from the elevator which is great . I like that . I had a city view. The hotel is near the LRT. I had to use it , to get to comic expo. I also had two suppers at their main floor lounge . Great food .
