Pros: The room and facility was clean and the staff friendly and helpful.

Cons: Picked the hotel for closeness and the pool/hotub. The room was about 15 degrees and the pool colder. The hotub was shut down. Should have been on the website. I swam in the highwood when it was warmer.

Pros: The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The restaurant staff were friendly and accommodating. All hotel staff that we interacted with, were friendly, professional and efficient.

Enjoyed our stay

Pros: Went with my daughter. We enjoyed the breakfast, fridge, microwave. Beds were comfy. there for 2 nights.

Cons: Hot tub wasn't working, might have been under maintenance.

Too cold to camp.

Pros: No problem with late check out. Loved the pillow selection and comfy mattress.

Cons: I would have liked a pet refund as my little pup does not shed nor did she create a mess in the room and we picked up after her outside. Wished the hot tub had been working.
