Pros: We had a truly lovely time! The hotel was immaculately clean, and we were absolutely captivated by the incredible view from our window. A huge, heartfelt thank you to the team for making sure all our special requests during booking were met—it made our stay feel so personal and seamless. We really appreciated the hospitality!

Cons: Just two small things that could make the stay even more perfect: we missed having slippers in the room, and the blackout curtains were a bit too short, which let in the morning light. It’s a pity we couldn’t sleep in a little longer, but everything else was so great!

Great location , great staff and could not fault the property

Pros: Great location , staff always smiling . I had a one bedroom suite , generous size .. separate lounge kitchen and great view of the water , mountains and city .

Pros: Across the road from hospital and medical specialists.

Cons: Parking Fees.

Couples stay for 5 nights

Pros: Pool, gym and steam room were basic but clean and nice. Stayed in a suite that had a separate living area from the bedroom, good large area.

Cons: Hard to regulate the temperature in the bedroom because there was no control, only an aircon unit in the living area. Noise of ambulances to the hospital beside the hotel was sometimes loud during the night. The kitchenette was extremely basic.

Great hotel, great facilities and great location

Pros: Hotel room was huge even with 2 double beds. We were on floor 29 so had a great view too. Greate nespresso coffee machine in the room with coffee pods topped up daily. Pool was great and gym too.

Cons: Don't turn right when you head out the door. That part of the neighborhood is a bit sketchy. Turn left to head towards good shopping restaurants etc.. The only thing i didn't like about the leisure center was the steam rooms were in the mens and ladies bathrooms respectively, so my son, husband and i couldn't technically do the steam together They could do a steam in the mens room but i had to go alone in the ladies.. I thought that was a bit weird it wasn't in a communal area.

Wonderful stay in Vancouver downtime

Pros: The size of the room was great, the beds were vert comfortabke and the small kitchenette was very useful! The location is percect for exploring down town We loved the gym and swimming pool too

Pros: Big room, well equipped kitchen, good heating, good sized gym

Cons: Beds and pillows are hard, street noise bad even on 18th floor. Complimentary earplugs would be great

It is a very central spot to stay , easy to get everywhere by foot or public transport ...

Pros: Room that we were upgraded to was absolutely fantastic , very clean ,very comfortable ... as with most kitchens the refridgerator was quite noisy at night ...

Cons: Again , as per most city hotels , even on a high floor the night noise was quite loud , was only siren sounds generally .

Pros: Staff were exceptional and very accommodating. Great location for all sights around Vancouver. Lovely room and we were upgraded which was lovely. Great you had the option to waive housekeeping and give a donation to charity.

Cons: Plumbing needs an upgrade as showers went cold and kitchen taps dripped constantly.

Pros: The location and the size of the room. The restaurant is not bad either.

Cons: Air conditioning noise
