Comfortable and pleasant hotel in a great location

Pros: Staff were very friendly and went out their way to find a room with a good view across the harbour for us.

Cons: Everything was great. I would recommend this hotel.

Reliable Holiday Inn to explore Vancouver from

Pros: Comfortable, as expected standard Holiday Inn rooms and facilities. Well maintained. Plenty of local places to go out to and close to the metro station. Restaurant is over priced and under whelming - but no shortage of alternatives.

Cons: Early morning fire alarm and walking down 16 floors - lack of staff presence and instruction during this.

Vancouver was so much fun.

Pros: It was close to transit and had everything I needed. Would come back again if I were to come back out west.

Cons: Didn't have any major concerns with my stay.

I liked the hotel. I would visit it again.

Pros: The staff was wonderful and courteous at all times.

Cons: the technology could use a bump. There were no USB charging ports and the electrical outlets were jiggley.

Pros: Proximity to medical eye clinic. Lots of food choice, restaurants, sandwich shops around the hotel. Comfortable beds, clean place.

Cons: TV much too small and 15 years old. Picture quality fading. Airconditioning works well, but noisy. Room rate pretty steep. Good parking garage, but $ 23 per day.

Good compromise location between downtown and cost.

Pros: I've stayed here several times, because it's a good tradeoff of cost versus convenience when I am working in the downtown core (the downtown hotels are always terribly expensive). It's convenient walk to the skytrain, so stay here, by a compass card, and get downtown that way. There's a nearby grocery (ok, Wholefoods so still expensive, but at least it's there) and lots of good restaurants on Broadway.
