Pros: The room was clean and cozy. The beds were comfy. The staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming. The restaurant has a nice ambience. There are ample parking lots.

Excellent.

Pros: Amazing reception staff. Gorgeous room. Flexible with who arrived first and second for check in... Mom and son reunion evening with son arriving from greater Vancouver and mom back from Australia later in the night.

Cons: Wish there was room service (but uber eats was a good back up plan) and. Would be good to have a Stocked mini bar (but wine and champagne available at 24/7 reception… affordable too!).

Pros: Great unique location on Granville Island, paid parking available, comfortable room with fridge, and I was able to use the business area for an important work call.

Cons: We did see a mouse in the corridors outside our room!

Pros: Clean and cosy room with a comfy bed. There was a Lavazza coffee machine in the room and the hotel provided lots of coffee capsules, which was a bonus. And the coffee was delicious.

Cons: The air conditioner was very noisy. The room was just above the hotel restaurant and there was additional noise coming from there.
