Excellent

Pros: Location is ideal for exploring downtown Victoria. Building old but very clean and comfortable. Room has full kitchen very comfortable bed and pillows. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Cons: No elevator but really not a big deal for us as we can do stairs.

A good stay

Pros: An older hotel which surpassed our expectations. The room was spacious and furnished well. The bed was comfortable and good quality AND the pillows were comfortable too.

Excellent stay close to all amenities

Pros: The lobby area was very nice with lounge seats and TV and sitting table with coffee available 24/7. The room with a kitchenette was so very nice to have, especially for breakfasts vs going out. All staff were very nice and helpful. Convenient location to downtown and buses.

Cons: One day our room was not made up at all, nor dishes done as the folder indicated they would be done daily. Another day, the dishes were left again, but the room was made up. Not a big deal, but there are limited dishes and it was said to be part of the service.

Excellent location. Super value and really lovely rooms

Pros: The room was incredibly well equipped especially the kitchen. Super comfy beds. Really quiet yet steps away from the inner harbour. Will definitely stay there again.

Pros: We had a one bedroom suite. We booked quite far ahead and the price was extremely good. Loved the location. Full kitchen and enough room to have a really nice birthday party for our sister who lives in Victoria.

Cons: We were worried the parking lot would be full whenever we returned from being out, but we always found a space. The fold down bed in the living room was pretty bad.
