Pros: The location is perfect, central to all activities. Super comfortable beds always a nice stay.

As a place to rest our heads for the night it was ideal.

Pros: Spacious clean room. Very comfy beds. Lovely products in bathroom.

Cons: Noisy! From the building work outside. From next door and the air conditioning.

Love Victoria and would return.

Pros: Staff were lovely, the beds were comfortable. Room was very clean. Location was great for walking Victoria.

Cons: Only one comfortable chair in room…2 people…could use another comfortable chair. If watching tv it was not central to room…difficult to watch from chair across the room and hard on back to sit in bed and watch. Ice machines only every 2nd floor. You had to be very quick with your room key in elevator before selecting your floor or you would bypass your floor. Would have been nice to have complimentary coffee in lobby.

Pros: Breakfast and the room M Club. Great service in there too (not the main dining hall)

Cons: Awkward ‘ business centre’, but overall no complaints. Wonderful stay.

Pros: The beds were extremely comfortable Large windows, lots of light

Cons: There was construction across the street but that couldn't be helped. It was difficult to open the curtains behind the furniture

Comfortable, friendly stay

Pros: All of the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room was very clean.

Cons: I wish we didn't have to rely on valet for parking (though they were all very courteous, helpful and prompt). I just would've preferred a bit more independence in accessing our car.

Lovely hotel

Pros: This is a lovely hotel, right by the harbour in Victoria. The room was spacious, and very comfortable with really soft sheets. It had a fridge, a good shower and a lockbox. It has a decent sized pool and hot tub.

Cons: There was nothing wrong with my stay.
