Room was a bit hot but the widows open and there was an oscillating fan in the room which was great.

Pros: I liked the location, very easy to get to, quiet, with easy access to a trail up toward pyramid lake.

Cons: Wish there was a microwave in the room

Pros: Staff were friendly and helpful Beds were very comfortable Shampoo and conditioner amazing!!

Pros: Comfortable, clean room - massive beds! Pleasant reception area. Nice pool, sauna and outdoor hot tub.

Cons: On site cafe hours way too short, was not of much use to us.

Decent quality accommodation for the price. Large rooms.

Pros: Location close enough to centre to walk at reasonable price for Jasper. Next to sister hotel for dinner if needing convenience. Liked they had a laundry useful if holidaying for several weeks.

Pros: nice location. comfortable. an older property, but in good condition.

Great location and apartment for a bit of self catering.

Pros: Great location with free shuttle to town centre. Everything we needed to make some food if needed as well as relax after a day of walking.

Cons: Balcony hadn’t been cleared of debris for a while (leaves/cones) and furniture not clean. Apartment is dated and could do with a modern makeover, but everything worked and was clean.
