Far exceeded our expectations.

Pros: Every box was ticked for us. Staff were polite and helpful. We were texted by staff after check in to see if everything was to our liking, and did we need anything. The room was beaufifully appointed, and spotlessly clean. The location was great with beautiful view, nd close to amenities. Everything far exceeded our expectations.

Pros: The server Lucas was very good attentive and friendly. I'd hire him for sure. The reception staff was also very good and quick.

Cons: They had no breakfast. Although the front staff gave us nearby suggestions.

Pros: The rooms were incredibly spacious with breathtaking views of the Okanagan lake and mountains. Having a restaurant right at the resort was also extremely convenient.

Pros: We loved everything about this resort, a really amazing place for families

Cons: The only thing I didn't like was this booking.com scam because I got an invoice for a certain amount confirming the final price all fees included but then Hotel charged me 100 CAD more and booking said it's a hotel stay fee, but I didn't go directly through the hotel, booking confirmed different price than the hotel charged me. Very disappointing, it didn't happen before

Great views !

Pros: Great views and location to lake, very spacious one bedroom unit. Loved the deck and views of the lake and mountains. Beautiful resort, staff were very helpful and prompt when called. Location was great for visiting West Kelowna wineries. Nice restaurant abd bar at the property.

Cons: As of June first they will be adding Resort Fees of $20 per day.
