A lovely place to relax between a busy holiday and the long flight home.

Pros: Staff went out of their way to help us. The room was better than expected and the location was excellent.

Pros: Loved the view, location, gorgeous rooms and facilitates, staff and was quiet.

Cons: Our queen bed was super hard and noisy and uncomfortable, horrible sleep. If we stay again were opting for a king suite. No instructions on how to work the jet tub or dishwasher or the tv. Took awhile to work it out. Paid parking at 25$ a night was a bit steep. Paying for this place in summer absolutely not, overly expensive. We will stick to off season.

Pros: Loved the handy downtown location overlooking the lagoons and beautiful Lake Okanogan. Great to be close to walking paths, shops and restaurants.

Pros: The whole place is wonderful. There is nothing I'd change. I don't know the young man's name that works at the front desk but he has always been amazing and the fact he remembered us even after months of not being there is impressive. Don't ever lose him.
