Delta Hotels by Marriott Grand Okanagan Resort

Pros: Very clean, updated room with a nice bathroom and walk in shower. Beautiful view overlooking the lake and marina. Restaurant was excellent and the food was good. Pool and hot tub was clean and well maintained.

Cons: For the price of the room I thought the parking would be free. Not $35 a night!

Wonderful place to stay - small touches went a long way

Pros: Room was spacious and clean. Facilities were amazing. Loved that lots of guests were locals coming for a xmas treat. Decorations and festive touches downstairs were really appreciated. Christmas Day Breakfast was great - staff were wonderful. loved the photobooth and games / movie room for the kids.

Cons: No free parking for our stay. The room was Expensive and no microwave. We have stayed in cheaper places that had more to offer in the room.

A relaxing place to stay with top notch staff

Pros: The location is great, right on the lake with a lovely little collection of paths. A short walk to the visitor information center, and downtown.

Cons: Parking is a little expensive at 35/day. We had limited time in the hot tub as the maintenance kicked us out so they could reduce the chlorine levels.

Pros: Love the location , the grounds, rooms are spacious and spotless. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Pros: The moment we got there we encountered the outside staff they took care of us and the car. Inside the same our hostess was great. Our room was decent. I must say that the lady helping us on our way took really good care of us after our complaint So in the end we left happy. The service in the restaurant was great. I believe her name is Neatasha. Excellent really.. we've met her several times over the years. Keep.her!

Cons: Well they did not clean our room. I had.to go to the hospital for a procedure. And returned With nothing done to our room. And we definitely didn't leave th don't disturb sign out. We got back around 345 and were told it cldnt be done anymore. And apologized. The bathroom door a slider was difficult to loc⁹k without waking the other person up.

Great location if wanting to explore (car free) the downtown.

Pros: Convenient location for exploring the downtown area. Staff were excellent and food was great as well as it was nice to have the extended pool hours.

Cons: Warning though: the Starbucks (SB) coffee in the lobby is by hotel staff member, not a SB-Barista, it was very weak so check before walking away - just saying...

beautiful, lake side resort., perfect for a getaway .

Pros: check in was very straightforward, we were helped to room with our luggage, room was generally quiet , but we could occasionally hear guests in adjacent room. The hotel location is great, nice walking paths adjoin the hotel, alongside the lake ,it is close to the Prospera arena and theatre /arts district. Hotel is very well maintained, we only had breakfast buffet but the food and service were very good. Guests are able to order other egg dishes , the omelet was excellent and was personally delivered by the sous chef. They have a nice shop in the lobby , cannery marketplace , which is well stocked with nice food items to take to your room. the indoor/our door pool area was very nice
