Pros: We loved the location the view and how clean and up to date our room was.

Cons: they did not have vending machines

Great Hotel for Going to Rogers Place

Pros: The location to Rogers Place. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Close to some shopping. Staff were able to provide extra pillows and a cot.

Cons: District 102 Restaurant had poor wait staff but food was good.

Pros: Front desk staff were all very nice and helpful during our stay. District 102 restaurant offered a convenient and relaxing dining option with children. The kids enjoyed playing foosball and shuffleboard games while we waited for our food. The service staff there were friendly and accommodating. Great fitness facility - clean and bright with equipment in excellent condition.

Cons: The rooms were not cleaned 100%. Could see dirt and dust in the corners and behind tables, and underneath the heating/cooling unit in bedroom. Also had to request additional towels and bedding on the first day, as sufficient quantity for 4 of us was not provided at the start.

Pros: Great location for events @ Rogers Place, we walked to Rogers in minutes 😊

Pros: The hotel location was perfect for our business trip

Cons: There was no buffet breakfast

Pros: Close to Rogers place. Easy to access after concert.

Cons: The homeless surround the building but they never bothered us at all.

Pros: I just wanted to say a massive thank you to your team in Edmonton. People are always what makes the difference to service, and this hotel has some of the best people. Everyone was authentically genuine, caring and thoughtful, something that money can't teach. I stay at a lot of hotels for work, and this hotel was one of the best for service. I would like to say a massive thank you to Saloni on reception who made our stay the best it could be, and Buddhika and Jenny in the restaurant, both of whom could not have done more for us! There was another lady on reception when we checked out as well who was really nice, but I didn't catch her name. Plus the food and rooms were great!

Pros: I have stayed here a few times and the Hotel Staff are always friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and accommodating to my requests and needs. The Hotel room is clean and beds are comfortable. The location is great for Oilers Hockey games, restaurants and shopping.

my stay was awesome, the hotel and staff were great and the Hotel itself is amazing.

Pros: The closeness to the Rogers place and the happy ladies working at front desk!

Cons: the parking lot fee was alil high.
