A pleasant stay, location was awesome.

Pros: Location! We were in Edmonton to watch the Oilers. This hotel attached to the stadium! Just a short walk over the bridge, it takes us straight to the Rogers Place. Staff members are friendly and professional.

Cons: Slippers are NOT provided and guests have to purchase them (very weird). The entrance to the parking lot is a bit tricky and eventhough I registered my car with the hotel, I still received a fine parking ticket. It waived after I reported to the receptionist but I shouldn’t even be fined at the first place.

Pros: Excellent location, perfect for events at Roger's. Clean and comfortable.

Cons: Elevators are very noisy. Vibrates through the walls and floors all night long.

Pros: Underground parking was fantastic during a winter storm, but the fees were a little high and not included in the room price. Everything else was lovely.

Pros: Nadia was amazing at check in! She was able to get us the rooms we needed and put order to the mess of a reservation I had attempted online lol

Pros: Room was comfortable. Beds, pillows and blankets are all super cozy. Love the pool and hot tub area.

Cons: Parking was full at the hotel, before check in. Had to park across the street for $40. Hair on bathroom floor upon arrival.

Overall the stay met my expectations and I got good value for my money.

Pros: The location is excellent and the staff is very friendly. The room space is also wide.

Cons: The wardrobe was basic and could be more spacious. By default breakfast should be part of the booking, with the choice for the customer to opt out.
