Pros: Very clean facility with great spa, pool amenities. Very friendly staff aswell

Cons: Food was ok in the restaurant. I think it could be better. But I have to admit the tuna dish and beat salad wad great

Pros: +15 to Roger's place was great, so nice not having to go outside to get to the venue. Rooms were spacious and clean. The bed was so comfortable except for the pillows.

Cons: The pillows were so soft and thin that you had to use both stacked on top of each other.

Beautiful, elegant and luxurious stay!

Pros: Felt very personable, loved that they put a a little dessert for my kids birthday

Cons: Crowded elevator after the concert! But that was expected

Absolutely amazing, convenient, good variety of food, easy access to so many places.

Pros: Location was excellent as we were there for the oilers hockey game.

Cons: Only thing was the bathroom door is a slider which does not close tightly. There is a space between the door and the wall which none of us liked. That was the only thing in the room that all 3 of us didn’t like

Pros: The staff were so friendly and professional. The lobby coupled with a latte in the morning was lovely. I also enjoyed the pool and steam room.

Would stay again!

Pros: Great location, lovely bathroom, great staff, easy check out. They sent up a charcuterie plate for our anniversary which was a lovely touch.

Cons: Air conditioning is poor, never reached our desired temperature we were hot. Pool is small and was way over crowded maybe need to monitor and limit the amount of people.
