Surgery Stay

Pros: It was a great hotel. Nice and close to the Kingsway mall, the RAH hospital.

Cons: The one chair I would have switched out to have one of the chairs that were in the lobby. The lobby ones were much better after surgery.

A very nice stay

Pros: Room was clean and a good amount of space for a standard double queen room. The beds were super comfortable, and the waterslide is really fun. The pool is a nice temperature, and the hot tub is nice and hot. The fitness room has everything you need for a simple workout, although one of the Elliptical machines was broken. It's right across the street from a great mall work lots of options for food.

Cons: I'm not sure if we just didn't see it, but the wing we were staying in didn't have an elevator. The chairs next to the table/desk were really low so it made using the table a bit awkward.

Enjoyable family-friendly place all around.

Pros: Restaurant was full when we arrived but the staff accommodated our large group and the cook was amazing. He came out to help serve and settle us into our table.

Cons: Everything was good.

Pros: We were having an operation at The Royal Alex hospital. Especially in winter, this was a perfect location. Took 5 minutes to get there. Room was very comfortable. Comfy bed and pillows. We ate at the Runway restaurant which is hooked to the hotel and had a delicious supper without starting the car. Which was nice when it was so cold out. Looks like it’s a popular stay for anyone with an operation scheduled or has to stay in city one night after an operation.

In all very good place to stay and food was good

Pros: Convient location. Breakfast delivered to the room was excellent.

Cons: Bathroom very cold. But heater was supplied.

Friendly, clean, comfy.

Pros: Breakfast wasn't free but $5 off for guests. Standard breakfast fare but good. The room was clean and large, beds were clean and comfy. Pleasantly surprised. Previous hotel I stayed in nearby was gross, this hotel was a excellent experience in comparison.

Cons: Include the breakfast for guests. Most hotels I stay in have it as included with the room. That's my only critique.
