Comfort Inn & Suites

Pros: I enjoyed the location, close enough to walk to most things my longest walk was 20 Minutes one way. The parking was affordable and the staff were more then helpful, they even had a mending kit for me to fix my coat that ripped. The breakfast buffet is great, enjoyed a waffle and some eggs , bacon and hash browns before my busy day on the town. Staff had delivered our crib upon request within minutes and just overall we're helpful.

Cons: Not a whole lot, in the photos the hotel looked my updated but it's a tad older but still clean.

Pros: The room was great, once more exceeded the expectation of a regular room. I was very pleased 😁 as we had quite the extra luggage w us. The view was pretty good. Quiet. Comfortable bed. Enjoyable sleep 😴 morning breakfast was good, love those waffles! altho got cold fast but thankfully there was a microwave. He even won sum $$$ next door the nite b4 bed. Haha. Quite another exceptional experience overall for staying at the comfort inn dt.

Excellent motel-hotel, will come back there when back to Edmonton. If a chain, I will try elsewhere

Pros: The upgrade and the breakfast's inclusion in the service

Cons: Cold a bit in room and dining room, not accessible bathroom in lobby, do-it yourself pancakes, you say Hello to housekeeping staff, immediately they ask, without greeting, which room you are. Just to get rid of the room. Breakfast could have lasted longer. Shower outdated. Difficult to wash intimate parts

Pros: I liked the service that was provided. It was a nice surprise to find out that your hotel there had a pool and a jacuzzi.

Cons: I liked that you had a pool, but it was a bit hard to get in and out; the ladder was too high to climb comfortably. It would be nice if you would do something with that.

Pros: Reception desk staff were friendly and very helpful

Cons: The quality of breakfast was poor

Pros: Great dive bar next door open late with karaoke. waffle iron at breakfast was awesome!!

Cons: hotel is a bit oldish, but it was clean and AC worked 👍

Lovely hotel, situated in a good area local to restaurants & bars. Loved it.

Pros: Hotel was lovely. Room very comfortable. Location was good.

Cons: Couldn’t get onto Netflix. TV seemed very slow.

Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast and coffee. There was a sauna, which we enjoyed. There was a coin laundry, which was convenient. Being 10 to 20 walking distance from downtown core, museum snd other places to see is great. A 10 minute Uber ride to Whyte Av on the south side of the river.

Cons: It's an old hotel. The lobby area could be made better, but we got used to it the second day.

Pros: The location was close to where we were attending a function. The room was clean, staff friendly, and helpful. The continental breakfast was great.

Cons: The only thing that I had a bit of an issue with was their parking lot. It was a bit tight maneuvering in and out of.

Pros: Friendly and helpful staff. Hotel was clean. Great location for us.

Cons: We couldn't adjust the AC unit in our bedroom. The room would get warm during the day; probably because of the sun on our side of the bldg, even though we kept the curtains closed. Night time was OK.
